Binghatti Venus, a residential complex currently under construction in Dubai, is set to become a prominent multi-apartment development in the popular residential area of Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The construction of the building is being carried out by the renowned construction company, Binghatti Developers.

Presently, the starting price for a one-bedroom apartment is AED 750,000 (USD 204,000), while spacious two-bedroom apartments are available starting from AED 1.2 million (USD 327,000).
For citizens of the Gulf countries and the United Arab Emirates, a payment plan is offered without interest, structured as follows:
- 20% pre-payment upon reservation
- 50% during the construction phase
- 30% after the handover of the residential complex.
